UnApply starts with your experience and the direction you want to explore. It explains connections to companies and people, then offers useful next steps. An application or referral may come later, as a result of the relevance and relationships you build.
No. Exploring a company or keeping a person in your circle does not contact them, request a referral, or submit an application. You decide which connections to pursue and what to say.
