Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and CyberHost LLC (“UnApply”, “we”). By creating an account or uploading a resume, you accept them.
What UnApply does
UnApply suggests companies, people and next steps based on your resume. It does not apply for jobs for you, and it does not promise an interview, an offer or any other outcome. UnApply covers companies in the United States and Canada.
Your account
You must be at least 18. One account per person. Use an email address that is yours, because whoever controls the inbox controls the account. Tell us at hello@unapply.io if you think someone else used your account. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.
Your resume
Upload only your own resume. It stays yours. You allow us to process it to provide UnApply, and to use information from it, with anything that identifies you removed, to improve UnApply for everyone. We do not sell your information. The privacy page says what we keep and for how long.
People
Use what UnApply shows about people only to decide whether and how to contact them professionally.
What you may not do
- Create accounts or upload resumes by script, or try to get around UnApply’s limits.
- Upload someone else’s resume without their permission.
- Copy UnApply’s information in bulk, or use it to build a competing product.
- Interfere with the service, test its security without our written permission, or reverse engineer it.
- Use UnApply to harass anyone or to break the law.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
Changes
When we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will ask you to accept the new version before your next upload.
Warranties and liability
UnApply is provided as it is, without warranties that it will be accurate, always available, or suited to a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or earnings.
